What this is

We are researching how to automatically tell whether a child is producing the “R” sound correctly. To do that we need short recordings of children saying simple words like rabbit and red.

It takes about 6 minutes. You sit with your child and tap the buttons.

What happens to the recordings

• Recordings are saved on this device only. Nothing is uploaded automatically.
• At the end you get a single file, which you choose whether to send to us.
• We ask for your child’s age only — no name, no birthday, no contact details.
• Used only to develop and test the speech model. Never sold, never used for advertising.
• Email us any time to have your recordings deleted.
